Considering that a good entrepreneur has the ability to analyze and look beyond the negative comments from people (in fact, the more people talk bad about something is because there sure are a very good thing behind it) in this post I present an analysis as unbiased as possible about Moms summarized in 5 advantages and 5 disadvantages so that you can draw your own conclusions and decide if this could be one of your potential business alternatives.
I will begin by summarizing what the MLM type business, is one in which there is a pattern of referrals. That is, the marketing of products or services is through networks of people who enroll in the system and each person gets more benefits according to the growth of the personal network or the number of referrals who purchase or enroll in the system. Hence the name multilevel. While it is true that the system as a legitimate concept is very smart and allows people (and company) to obtain a good income, unfortunately the bad experiences are the result of people in an effort unbridled ambition or “quick riches” pervert causing systems not only fail to achieve the desired results but in the way many people get stuck with a bad taste to have been part of the network of someone who failed to lead them to success.
10 points here pros and cons of Moms.
Advantages:
1. The initial investment is very small compared with revenue potential that can be obtained.
2. No need to have a room, employees, inventory, warehouses or any kind of formal business infrastructure.
3. You can start at any time and grow your business at the pace you want according to their time availability.
4. There is variety of multilevel, vitamins, cosmetics, clothes, books, internet, etc. You can choose the product line that is in their best interest.
5. Desasrrollar a network over time may represent a very substantial income and even travel, residual income and royalties.
Disadvantages:
1. The system usually required to attend meetings, seminars and special events to keep the entrepreneurial spirit.
2. If one has patience, is exposed to just waste time and money. If you have the patience, you can win both.
3. There is a long running pseudo-leader networking. It is difficult to recognize who can truly guide you in the right way to build a successful business.
4. It requires some investment in books, tapes and products that are part of the system. This is necessary but not always appreciates the immediate benefit.
5. Systems often require that you meet certain minimum sales targets to get the points and benefits, if not met causing some frustration in the Independent Business.
Finally as a conclusion, I will mention that the MLM business, are having great success in countries such as Europe, India, USA and Europe, where people are less suspicious and thus achieve better results.
