As suggested in most cases a niche must be easy and economically feasible. That is, you should be able to reach them easily. If this premise is not met, the project is doomed to failure.
This is important because if you try to do a massive campaign, including television, national newspapers and radio to get, for example, parents with children with learning problems, the waste is enormous and the costs too high. The ideal market niche congregate somewhere; subscribe to a magazine, subscribe to a specific newsletter, belong to associations or specific lists.
Therefore, the target market should be investigated with some thoroughness to find those suitable means. This is known as the three “M’s” of marketing: message, market environment.
For your venture to succeed, consider these three variables. However, the Internet is not always the right medium for all cases. And not always just one medium. Market research will give the answer to all three variables.
